RUSSIANS MOVING ON BAGDAD

RUSSIAN INTENTIONS. BAGDAD TO BE CUT OFF. (Rec. March 13, 11.15 p.m.) Petrograd, March 13. _ It is authoritatively stated that Russia intends to liberate Armenia from Turkish misrule, and to_ strike the Bagdad railway at Raselain, and cut oft Bagdad from the rest of the Turkish Empire.
