NEWTOWN CLUB. Past v. Present Members. This game, which is played annually, was got through on Saturday under perfect weather conditions. "Unfortunately, one of the past members' riuks was unable to attend. For tlie first lime since ' its inception the present mombers won, and b.y a large margin. After tlie game all those engaged adjourned to the club's social room, and a pleasant hour was spent in honouring toasts, congratulating the various club winners of important matches dur. in£ the season, and in reviving memories of the past.
