Present judications are for moderate to strong south-east to north-east winds; cloudy and misty weather, with rain in "many parts, especially in tlio north and East Coast districts. The barometer has a falling tendency. Weather conditions have continued dull to overcast generally, and drizzling raiu has fallen in many parts.
