The Wimmcra, from Melbourne and Hobart, did not arrive until 10.25 o'clock last night—too late for the granting of pratique. She lay in the stream all night, and will berth at 7 o'clock this morning. She will not be dispatched for tho south to-day, as was anticipated, hut will take her departure on Monday. She is scheduled to leave Bluff for Australian ports on March 10. MOERAKI Km, WELLINGTON. ' Cabled advice received yesterday etated that the Moeraki left Sydney for Wellington direct at 3 p.m. that day. She is bringing 77 saloon and 43 steerage passengers, and some 970 tons of cargo for this port, and should arrive on Monday morning. VICTORIA ARRIVES. The Victoria from Sydney, via .Auckland and ports, arrived in Wellington shortly after 1 o'clock yesterday. After discharging a large cargo of fruit she left lato last night for ,the south. MESS-TABLE GOSSIP. The first officers of the Victoria, and Wimmera. will exchange positions to-day. The Mapourikfl, is due from Greymouth this morning. She leaves again on Monday for the coast. With a cargo of cement the Regulus is expected in port from Terakohe to-day. She will sail later in the day for the West Coast. The Calm is due in poet from Picton on Monday. She will leave the same night for southern ports. Tho Ngahere, which was expected in port from Greymouth on Monday, will after discharge go on the Slip for overhaul. - i, „ * About midnight .to-night the Komata will leave for Picton. She will proceed from there to Onehunga. Advice has been received by the ShawSavill Company that 'their liner Athenic, which left. Wellington on January 30, arvived safely at London on Thursday. The Wootton left Lyttelton shortly after midday yesterday . for Wellington. She should show up here this morning. A telegraphic message states that the Union Company's steamer Koromiko left Westport yesterday for Sydney.
