SALE OF THE SYMES ESTATE.
On March 24, at the Waverley Town Hall, Messrs. Freeman R. Jackson and Co., Ltd., of Wanganui, in conjunction with the Farmers' Co-operative Organisation Society of N.Z.. Ltd:, of.Hawcra, will conduct one of the largest 6uddi visional sales of land yet held in -the locality, when Messrs. A, E. an d A. Symes's well-known properties will bo submitted to auction. Included ill the areas to bo offered is stated to he some of the richest fattening and dairying land 011 the const,' which has been subdivided into areas of from 84 acres upwards, and aro in closo proximity to a successfuT cooperative dafty factory. The balance of tho estate comprises sheep and cattle country, most of it suitable for fat lamb raising. Plans are now in preparation, and will be available ill a few days at the offices of the auctioneers. Very easy terms will be given to investors. Particulars arc advertised in our columns.
