The newspaper "A 1 Mokattam" publishes from Constantinople the statement that General von Sanders went to Berlin, and informed the Kaiser that Prince Yussuf was a bitter enemy. '-A few days after von Sanders's return Prince Yussuf's servants seized and gagged Yussuf, opeped a vein, and let him die. The Germans are gravely disturbed at the Turkish attitude. The army is divided against the Germans. Tho" fall of Erzerum came as a thunderclap. The correspondent declares that if the British are successful in Mesopotamia, tho Government will be overthrown, and the Turks .will sue for peace.
