METHODIST CONFERENCE
INCREASE TN MEMBERSHIP. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, March 1. An increase of 277 Church members and 483 junior members during tlio year was reported by tlio Welfare of' the Church Committee nt the, Methodist Conference to-day. While rejoicing in the increase in junior members, the committee regretted to learn that so many Sunday schools- had failed to shoiv that any scholars had been received into Church membership.
