A Russian communique says:—Turkish officers captured in the flight from Erzerum complain bitterly that their headquarters staff was corioentrated in German hands. The latter were the first to abandon tho fortified positions, causing panic arid disorder among the Turks. CONVOY DISPERSED. SHELLED BY A DESTROYER, Petrograd, March 1. A Russian communique says:—One of our destroyers in tho Black Sea dispersed a Turkish convoy along the coast road.
