GERMAN PRESS ANGRY WITH AMERICA.

The "Cologne Gazette" says:—"AVe have reached the limits of our patience towards America, ami are indifferent whether English intrigues at .Wash-, ington aro successful or otherwise." HOPE TO STARVE BRITAIN IN TWO MONTHS. (.Ree. March 1, 0.50 a.m.) Copenhagen, February 29. It is reprted in Berlin that the German Admiralty proposes to torpedo all steamers, including those of neutrals, in order to prevent _ imports into Britain. The Admiralty believes the new super-submarines will enable it to starve Britain in two months.
