SINKING THE FLAMENCO By Telegraph—Press Association—Cops-right Toneriffo, February 26. Captains of sunken ships state that the Moewe has a crew of 250, under Count Nicholas Zodohnascliiodien. The Flamenco began sending the "5.0.5." signal when the Moewe approached. The Moewe opened fire with five or six guns, and the Flamenco sank almost immediately. One maii was drowned and two wounded. Paris, February 25. A torpedoer had reached Marseilles towing a boat belonging to the Ronbine, which a submarine torpedoed in the Mediterranean on February 23. Tho boat contained six survivors and the bodies of two of the Roubine's seamen, .who were killed by the crew' of the submarine by rifle fire while endeavouring to savs themselves in tlio boat. MORE VESSELS SUNK. (Rec. February 27, 11.10 p.m.) London, February 26. The Dido (4769 tons) and theDelaby were sunk, and part of'the crews saved. The Tummel (531 tons) has been sunk, and seven are missing. The Fast was also sunk, and all on board were saved. IMPORTS'OF PAPER PULP THE LATEST DECISION.
