HEAVY SNOWSTORMS

In Derbyshire .many, .soldiers have been engaged in street cleaning. Paris, February 26. There has been a continuous snowfall for twenty-four hours and it has been general in France, disorganising the foodstuffs supply of Paris'. Women, old men, and boys are making ineffectual efforts to clear the streets.
