PETONE COURT
At the Petono Court jcsterdny, before Messrs. J. W. M'Ewan and J. Wakeham, J.l'.'s, a first- offender, for insobriety, was fined os., in default 24 hours' imprisonment. Angel Henry iMonoy, on charges of insobriety, and assaulting a constable, was on (lie first two charges, convicted and discharged, and 011 the third charge, lined 10s., in default 48 hours' imprisonment. In fixing the fino the Bench took into consideration tho good character hjthurto borne by aci ouaei. ,
