The mine manager ol the Murray Creek Gold-milling Company, Limited, advises as follows:— 'Tons crushed. 545; melted cold 416 ounces 16dvt.; bullion, 74 ounces: an. proximate value, £1941." TALISMAN CONSOLIDATED. The mine euperintendent of the Talisman Consolidated states that he has sent to London the following report:-No. 5 crosscut, progress 41 feet; £To. 6 crosscut, 53 feet; ?>o. 12 winze, sunk 9ft.; width of reef 60 inches, value 95." . ROSS COLDFIELDS The mine superintendent of the Boss Goldlielde reports as follows on the work at the mine for the week ended February 17:—The progress in No. 19 north drive was 20 feet, making a total progress of 121 feet, I from the main east drive. The terrace bottom, which continued to rise, now occupies the whole lace of the drive, the low-grade; blue wash disappearing above the points of the last back laths. This drive lias been stopped, and a bore-hole is being put up prior to testing tho trash above with a small rjno. A.', 60 feet north, a dr)ve to the eai't in the direction of the Morning.Star shaft, was started, and has advanced 10 feet in just fair grade wash. Blocking is proceeding off Nob. 7 and 11 north drives, and Nob. 12 and 14-south drives.
