Mr. C. Dayis, of the firm of Messrs. Grcon and Davis, accompanied b.v Mrs. Davis and daughter, Mrs. H. Morris, are now on a visit to Rotorua. Mrs. Solomon M. Myers returned to Wellington on s Monday by the Manuka from Sydney. Mrs. Myers was in Sydney, when the accident occurred to her husband, and she at once left on her return to Wellington. A meeting of the New Zealand Natives' Association Ladies' Guild was held in the Association's rooms in Tory Street yesterday. The reports of tlie various committees which were presented at the meeting wore considered very satisfactory, and the work generally progressing well. The guild will be in charge of the Soldiers' Room on Saturday evening, in place of Mrs. D. M. Findlay and Mrs. Coull, who are unable to be hostesses on that occasion, and all members wishing to assist are asked to communicate with Mrs. M'Vicar.
