AUSTRALIA'S POSTMASTERGENERAL
OBJECT OF HIS VISIT TO NEW ZEALAND. (By Tekyrrtph.—Prroa Association.* Auckland, February 21. The Hon. W. Webster, Australia's Postmaster-General, arrived aboard'tbo Niagara. Questioned regarding his fisit, he said: "I am over here to have a look at the New .Zealand postal service,- and to examine postal administration, postal buildings, postal applinnces, and everything appertajning to the service, with a view to seeing whether we can beg, borrow, or steal anything to. improve the efficiency of our own service, and,to learn from comparison whether we are behind or ahead of New Zealand in our postal activities."
