Mr. l'ercival Gibbon, writing from Bucharest, says the Russian advance oil the Bukowina front is a wonderful s|>ectacle. The roads are seething like torrents as miles of toiling men and horses drag vast batteries across the valleys and precipitous slopes, making goad the ground won by bloody bayonet charges.
