London, Febmarv 17. _ "Tlie Times's" correspondent at Cairo states that the Bedouins aro fleemg mto Matruh. There aro reports of a recrudescence of fighting between the eastern and western Arabs. The Grand Senussi has failed to maintain tho compact by which these hereditary enemies combined against En-ypt. Five Sheikhs, headed by Auladali, have petitioned the Egyptian Goveniment for protection ; they have also petitioned the Grand Senussi to dismiss the Turkish agents and officers, who have vilely troated the Arabs, like the Prussians, by sending the Arabs into battlo before themselves. Tlie Government has accommodated the friendly Arabs at an encampment at Hammam.
