9 , OUR. LADS WANT MONEY. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wanganui, February. 17. A letter-card was received to-day via Switzerland, from Corporal Eales, or tba Wellington Battalion, a- prisoner in Constantinople, who was one of the few who survived the great attack oil Sari Bair in. August. He was wounded and captured by the Turks. He intimates that he is well and having a. fairly comfortable time, but says the -New Zealand lads would liko some money sent from Mr. Massey or Mr. Alien. [The Prime Minister, _ to' whom the above message was mentioned'yestrday, said that this and similar requests always received tlie prompt attention ol the Government.]
