February 10.55 p.m.) London, February 17. — Lawson (?), member of the House tof Commons, has resigned, on tho ground of liis unsympathetic attitude towards the Government's war policy. [There aro two l.awsons in the House of Commons—tho Hon. H. L. W. Lawison, Unionist member for Tower Hamlets, and Sir W. Lawson. Libera! member fqr Cumberland (Cockermouth). In normal circumstances tho secession would, of course, point to the latter, hut the existence of the Coalition Government leaves the identity of the secedine memlur iu donhfc.i
