The "Times" Paris . correspondent says: "Italy's participation in the Allied Military and Economic Conferenco at Paris early in March will be attended by a Royal decree forbidding trade be-' tween Italy and Germany. The Triple will become a Quadruple Entente. Practical executive machinery for coordinating the Quadruple Entente's activities has now been assured. Com- : pfcte military examinations of the situation will be mado by the great commanders." ("Times" and Sydney "Sun" Services.) London, February 15. The "Times" correspondent at Rome says:—"M. Briand's mission has resulted in greater unity of direction and more fruitful activity. Arrangements have been concluded for the exchange of war materials and munitions, . and the division of labour according to the special v rcsourc.es of each country."
