NAPIER HARBOUR BOARD
A BORROWING PROPOSAL. By Telegraph.—(Special Correspondent.) Napier, February 15. To-day the Napier Harbour Board decided to take steps to obtain legislative authority to borrow £5000 for carrying out various works ou the west shore embankment, etc. The board was unanimous in passing the resolution giving effect to this.
