The'loss of the cruiser Amiral Charner is officially confirmed. A raft was found off the coast of Syria, bearing the bodies of fifteen of the crew. Only one was alive. He states that the ship was torpedoed at 7 o'clock on the morning of February S, and sank in a few minutes. The crew was unable to launch the boats. ONLY ONE SURVIVOR. (Bee.
