Expect strong southerly and westerly -winds, .the barometer unsteady, hot rising temporarily everywhere soou. Atmospheric pressure hee- continued considerably below normal, depressions being located both northward and southward of tho Dominion. Rain lifts Inllen in tho northern and southernmost district*, and conditions have been changeable generally. Variable winds have prevailed, with a predominance of strong sonthorlies to-day. D. C.
