TERRITORIALS
CAMP AT KARORI. A'beginning was made yesterday with the annual camp of the sth (Wellington) Regiment, under Lieutenant-Colonel AY. Duthie, which is to be Held at Karori on the same site as last year's camp. Six officers and twenty men went into camp yesterday morning, the men consisting of those who have not done any training - during the year, as required by the regulations. They, will be joined on Thursday by n.c.o.'s and men who have only been! through a portion of the required- training during the year. The remainder of the regiment who wish to do their camp training will enter the Karori camp on Monday next. No. 4 Company Field Engineers, the Divisional Signal Company, and A Section of No. 4 FieicFXhibuiance will also undergo training in the camp, which will be occupied by the trainees .until the end of next week. Examination for Commissions.
A number of n.c.o.'s of tho Territorials and Senior Cadets proceeded to Palnierstori by the midday Mam Tniok express yesterday to sit for the first-ap-pointment examinations for commissions. 'Hie examinations will be held to-day.
