American and Canadian offers aro .*curce on account of tho freight difficulty. Oats—The demand has improved, though still small. Offers aro scarce. afloat, 31s. 6d. to 325. 6d., according to position. Hops.—The market is quiet. Prices aro firm. English, per cwt., 130s. to 1505.; Callforaian, 955. to 115s. These quotations aro for 1915 hops. Wool.—Thts market remains firm. .
