Bowlers will be interested to learn that the triangular contest for the Duthie Cup will take place on the Wellington Club's gieen on Thursday next. The clubs engaged in this annual event are tho three clubs of which tho late Hon. John Duthie was a member, and tho contest was promoted to create a.: spirit of good fellowship between the members of those clubs — tho Wellington, Hutt, and Wanganui Clubs, which will each be represented by two rinks. Tho visitors will be entertained at luncheon, and in tho evening at a social in tho club's pavilion.
