Y.M.C.A. WAR FUND
In connection with Saturday's lists, the total Hawke's Bay contributions as announced amounted to £1917 16s. 6d. Since the publication of the list a further £1250 lias been contributed, £250 from Mr. L. M'Hardy, of Blackhead, liawke's Bay, and £1000 from A Friend—making the total £3167 lGs. 6d. Fourteen .hundred pounds of this has been forwarded through the H'awke's Bay War Belief Executive. Tho War Belief Association very generously allows its contributors to earmark a percentage of 'their contributions for Y.M.C.A, work amongst tho soldiers— for this courtesy the Y.M.C.A. is very grateful.
