At Trentham Lieut. L. H. Gillett (a returned officer) has been posted- to B Coy., 12th Reinforcements. At Trentham the following temporary appointments have been made:— '"H" Coy., 13th Reinforcements.— Pte. 6. H. Graves to be cook; Pte. M. R. Donoghue to be cook; Pte. J. E. Cornelius to be butcher. "D" Coy., 12th Reinforcements.--. Sergt. T. C. Chegwidden to bo compan; sergeant-major; Pte. F. C. Young to bi orderly-room clork with rank of cor poral; Pte. J. Fox, Pte. J. Lamb, Pta H. Hore, Pte. •A. Brown, Pte. J. W. Arthur, Pte. J. Cunningham, 'Pte. j< Critchiield, Pte. TV. Holt to be corpor< als; Pte. S. R. M'Do wall, Pte. T. M'Kinney, Pte. J. G. Green, Pte. SH. W. Jane, Pte. L. Featherston appointments have been mado as follows:—Pte. AV, P. Smith, Headquarters, Camp Commandant's Office, to be corporal; Lce.-Corpl. Heron, N.Z.V.C., to be corporal; Pte. Wylds, N.Z.V.C., to be corporal; Pte. G. E. Alley, Headquarters, Army Pay Department, to be pay-sergeant; Corpl. J. Duncan, D Coy., 11th, to bo orderlyroom clerk, witli rank of private. The Camp Commandant at Trentham' (Colonel Potter) expresses regret in the latest camp orders to have to announco the death of Pte. F. J. Paterson, "C" Coy., 11th Reinforcements, who was ■found drowned in "Wellington Harbour.
