Total— £60,766 7s. 2d. Expenditure.—No. 1 Hospital Slijp (first' voyage), £15,316 75.; No. 2 Hospital Ship, £16,930 12s. 7d.; No. 1 Hospital Ship (second voyage), £1918 ss. od.; newspapers supplied to Hospital Ships and to hospitals at Malta, £69 3s. Id.; equipment Mount Felix Hospital, £10,000; comforts for wounded in Egypt, £1000; equipment Nos. 1 and 2 Stationary Hospitals, £500; tobacco and papers' for New Zealand sielc and wounded in England, £150; balance in band, £14,881195. Id. Total — £60,766 7s. 2d! The following is a statement of receipts and expenditure in connection with the hospital ship Maheno at the time of her departure on her second voyage;— Receipts.—Balance brought forward, £16,800 4s. 6d.
