SENSATIONAL INCIDENT
SUBMARINE FIRES A TORPEDO IN .HER OWN HARBOUR. By Telegraph—Press Association— CopyriKM ' (Rec. February 10, 9.55 p.m.) London, February 10. A sensational incident occurred! this e afternoon. A Dutch submarine, which, i- was anchored in Flushing Harbour, ae>f cidentally discharged a torpedo, which i- exploded against a pontoon on d which were a number of peor pie, including a party of Dutch ■ na\al i men. Several were wounded, and the - pontoon sank. One member of the crewel of the submarine was killed.
