FOOD RIOTS IN GERMANY
BUTCHERS' SHOPS RAIDED. By IWecroDb.—Press Association—CoDyrighl (Rec. February 9, 9.20 p.m.) Amsterdam, February 9. There have been renewed food riots in the Moabit district of Berlin, where the police charged and wounded many of the rioters. Similar disturbances occurred at Aachen, where the police were .powerless to act. A number of "butchers' shops were plundered.
