Air. and Mrs. Hugh Morrison have returned to Masterton from. Wellington. A meeting of the trustees of the Convalescent Home was held at Mrs. Litchfield's on February 2. There were present: Mesdames L. S. Moorhou6e (in the chair), Pearce, Litchfield, Martin, Joseph, Miss Harcourt (hon. treasurer). Donations were received from Mesdames Ferguson, Pearce, Moorhouse, of £1 each; Mesdames Rotherham and Litchfield, 10s. each; Mrs.' Watkins, ss. Miss M. L. Craig, of Gisborne, has joined tho staff of the New Zealand Military Hospital at Walton-on-Thames. _ A cable message, received in Wellington yesterday, announces the marriage in London on February 8 of the Hon. Allen Boyle, son of the late Earl of Glasgow, formerly Governor of New Zealand, to Miss Isabel Hull, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. 'Edmund Charles Hull, Surrey, England.
