ORDINARY MEETING. At yesterday's meeting of the Society _ for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Mr. F. Meadowcroft presided. The inspector (Captain W. Henry) reported 'a number of cases of alleged cruelty, and stated what action had been taken in different cases. Subscriptions totalling £7 13s. 6d. were acknowledged as follow:—Mr. V. R.
