WHAT A CHRISTCHURCH DENTIST SAYSABOUT HIS STUDEBAKER. ■We have made tig claims for the Studeba.ki'l' 'car on the score of its reliability, its simplSrey, and the ease with which it can be driven. The following letter, addressed to us by Mr. lt. Cowper. surgeondentist, of this city, demonstrates the kind of service the Sisidebaker will give in the hands of an owner who has had comparatively little driving experience. Mr. Cowper purchased a Studebaker car from us' on .November 30th last, and his first lengthy tour wa6 one in the North Island during the recent Christmas and Isew Year holidays. Concerning his experiences on that tour, Mr. Cowper writes "Just a few lines to tell you how thor-. ougihly satisfied I am with my Studebaler tar. As you know, I took it away with me to the North Island, and went in all about 1200 miles, over all the hie hills up in the north. , Going fromill elhngton through to Napier over the Riniutakas, across to' Palmerston, Uangiinui, tad New Flymouth, and back to Wel mgton over the famous Paekakariki Kill, the car took all the big hills with the greatest ease, and did not give mo the Slightest anxiety. All that distance it was not tonched by anyone save to give it netrol and oil, and we did not even have to put wind into the tyres. Yon will be surprised to hear that I brought the car over the Zig-zag from Lyttelton to Sumner, whichi says something for the car and the way you taught ine to drive." The Studebaker driven by Mr. Cowper was, of course, equipped with electrio \elf-starter and electric lights. The new 191G model Studebakers will be to hand shortly, a first'shipment being expected next week. The prices of the new models nre:—2s h.p. five-seater (including electrio self-starter, electric lights, and full road equipment), £315; 25 h.p. threc-seater (same equipment),': .£335. They are even better ,than the 1015 model, which haa given such magnificent satisfaction to all purchasers. Adams, Ltd., N.7i.
