Expectwarm and Uumi<l conditions, with increasing cloudiness. The barometer is unsteady, -with a falling tendency. The rear of the cyclonic storm on' Friday was, somewhat neutralised by a wosterly lo\r pressure, and tho weather improved generally on Sunday. D. 0. BATES.
