TWO ADVANCES REPULSED By Telegraph—Press Association—OopjTicht Petrograd, February 4. A Russian communique states: "We repulsed two advances following a heavy bombardment of our positions in the Ucieozki-Dniester region." RUSSO-RUMANIAN FRONTIER CLOSED BY RUSSIA (Rec. February 7, 0.5 a.m.) Paris, February 6. Russia has closed 1 the Russo-Ruman-ian frontier owing to the concentration and movement of troops.
