"Review" points out that Prince Ytissuf, the Turkish Heir-Apparont, ■who was reported to have committed suicide, opposed the arrest of the Deputies hostilo to Enver Pasha. He was an obstacle to the ambitious Enver Paslin, Talaat P.ey, and Djemal Pasha. If it was a case of suicide it was opportune.
