SUMMARY AND FORECAST AT t P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications aro for strong northerly and westerly winds. Bull and misty weather is probable generally, with rain in the West Coaet and southernmost districts, and following elsewlicro shortly. Electrical disturbances may be expected in many parts of the country. Barometer unsteady, with a. further falling tendency. Warm but cloudy weather has ruled today, aud rain has been reported iu the West Coast and southern districts of the Soutli Island.
