Australian carcoes expected in Fobruary arc offering at 68s. SALE OP DRAUGHT HORSES. In another column .Messrs. Abraham and "Williams, Etd., advertise a special sale of draught horses, which they are 'holding at their l'almerstoii North market on Saturday. The horses are- said to bo a particularly fine lot, and comprise heavy and medium mares and goldings. They have been specially selected, and aro from the best breeders in tho South Island. Tho auctioneers recommend this sale to those contractors who are wanting active sorts. The sale commences at 1 p.m., and is limited to the 25 horses advertised, no other entries being accepted. Every horse will be' guaranteed sound and staunch, unless otherwise stated at tlie sale.
