PIG-BREEDERS MEET

ASSOCIATION FORMED. (By Telegraph.—Special Correspondent.) Feilding, February 2. A meeting of pig breeders was held this afternoon, Mr. W. L. Fetch presiding. The rules recently suggested by the Committee were adopted. It is stated that it was the intention to allow purebred pigs of all breeds to bo entered in tho Register book. .'Hie names of about forty breeders were handed'in as being willing to join the association, and all were elected. The list included tho AVeraroa, Moumahaki, and Rnaltura State farms. Officers were elected as follow:— President, Mr. -W. L. Fetch; vice-presi-Mr. A. Hunter (Hawera); treasurer,' : Mr. ,T. G. Cobbo (Feilding); ; council; '-Messrs:- N. P. Noilsen (Longb'urii), >R. K. .Alexander (Lincoln Coi(Ruakura), and A. (1. - : Gibble (Auckland).
