FOUR-RINK MATCH. A four-rink match between membera, of the Central and the Commercial Travellers' Clubs will be played on tho Wellington Club's green to-morrow afternoon, commencing at 2 o'clock. The scores in the Pennant match, Newtown v. Thorndon, on tho Newtown green on Saturday were as under:— Newtown—-Laws, Bland, Richards, J. Sexton (s.), 30; Thorndon—Dumbell, Thomson, Hatch, Colnin (s.), 6. ■ Newtown—Chittey, Bedell, Scott, Pollock (s.), 22; Thorndon—Clark, Seaton, Plimmer (s.), 15. Newtown—Phillips, Crosby, Barnes, Prince (s.), 21; Thorndon—Arden, Davy, Petersen, W. F. Barraud (s.), The following will represent the Lyall Bay Bowling Club in a match with Petone Club on Saturday:— Away: Dallison, Moran, sen., Reid, Fairway (s.); Critchley, Stone, Robinpoll, Ward (s.); Dillon, Clater, Martin, Brandon (s.). At Home: Tyrrell, Whitehead, Campbell, Blake ' (s.); Hume, Gilbert, Morrah, Biirgess (s.); Toomer, Purchaa, M'Keirzie, Raven (s.).
With transhipments ex the Waikawa, from San Francisco, and the Talune, from the Islands, the Kamona, is duo at Wellington on Friday nest from Auakland.
