Hi. B. Now ton to be sergeant, "A'' Coy.; Lce-Corpl. G. Davies to be corporal, ''A" Coy.; Lce.-Corpl. T. Corry to be corporal, "A" Coy.; Hiiinxi. -I'.: Jiurns to be lance-corporal, "A". Coy.; itflmn. W. V. .Worth.to be lancecorporal, "A" Coy. The commanding officer at Rangiotu bas approved of the following temporary appointment:—Lce.-Corpl. L. S. Lipscombe, "A" Coy., to bo corporal without pay, supernumerary to the establishment. The following n.c.o.'s of the 3rd Battalion of the Hide-Brigade have been appointed 2nd lieutenants on probation, and are to be held back for subsequent infantry reinforcements:—Sergeant lan Percy Grant, William John Organ, Sergt.-Major Vivian Higgins, Sergt.
