Mr. Duff (of the Newtown Club) wishes us to state that the writer of the article on the 5 Dominion Bowling Association's recent tournament at Ohristchurch is in error when he said that Hill "won his section outright, and was tlien called upon to play Duff (two losses)." Mr. Duff states that lie was not in tho same section with Mr. E. J. Hill, and therefore did not meet him in. tho doubles.
