SUMMARY AND FORECAST AT t P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for strong southeasterly to north-easterly winds. Expert cloudy and unsettled weather, with lain, especially over tho North Island. Barometer unsteady, with a falling tendency. Cloudy and misty conditions ruled, and useful raiu has fallcu in many parts of tho Dominion.
