SUPREME COURT FOUR PRISONERS DEALT WITH ! j Four prisoners appeared for sentence in the Supreme Court yesterday. The Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout) was oil the bench. Respecting Albert Cole, who had been, admitted to probation and had broken the terms of his probation order, His Honour said that lie had received a report from the gaol surgeon and would order Cole to come up for sentence when called on. In the noxt twelve months Cole would liave to report himself regularly to the police authorities. JLite Homiku was ordered to appear for sentence when called on respecting a charge of an offeuoe against a woman. Oechmere Main, a soldier, against whom was a couut of forgery and uttering, was ordered to come up for sen- , ti-nco when called on. Carl Olssen, against whom was the score of obstructing a railway line, was remanded to appear at Blenheim on "March G. Bail was allowed. \
