MARAUDERS DEFEATED By Telegraph—Press Association—OonyrigM ' (Rec. January 21, 10.25-p.m.) - Petrcgrad, January 21. A band of a thousand marauders terrorised the Euzeli Resht region, Persia, and threatened tlie' Russian communication. Detachments of Russian troops cut the band's communication with the Turkish frontier and surrounded and defeated tliem.
