SUMMARY AND FORECAST AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAT. Present indications are lor moderate to strong easterly winds northward of Westport and Kailioura, end south-cast-crlies elsewhere. Expcct cloudy to overcast conditions occasionally, with misty rain. The barometer has a Tising tendency. Cloudy and misty weather hae ruled, and rain has fallen in many parts.
