January 20, 9.50 p.m.) Amsterdam, January 20. i 'A telegram from Nish (Serbia) states that the Kaiser met King Ferdinand yesterday, and exchanged the most cordial greetings. He watched from _tha Citadel a march-past of Bulgarian, Macedonian, and German troops. TTie Kaiser presented King Ferdinand with a Field-Marshal's baton, and King Ferdinand appointed the Kaiser Oolottol-in-Chief of an infantry regiment. The Kaiser's retinue included Genera] von Falkenhayn (Chief of Staff), General yon Mackensen, an Admiral, and several generals. King Ferdinand's retinue consisted of two Princes and the Pre. mier (M. RadoslavofE).
