By Telegraph—Press Association. Nelson, January 20. The Hon. G. W. Russell concluded his visit to Nolson to-day. Whilo here he conferred with patriotic committees regarding the Sick and Wounded Fund, and with the board of the Hospital, for which the la.to Mr. T. Cawthorn gave a donation of £15,000. Mr. Russell strongly urged the board to adopt the open, air treatment which had proved to be successful in the military hospitals at Home, his arguments being supported by Drs. Valmtino and Hay. Tho Minister's advice will he considered by the board in connection ,\vith the plans. Mr. Russell also took part in a public welcome to returned soldiers.
