Arrangements have been made by the EuddartrParkcr Company to dispatch the Victoria for Sydney direct at 8 p.m. tomorrow, in place of the TJlimaroa. The Victoria is due here from northern porta to-moh-ow morning, and will tranship all her southern passengers and cargo at this port. Definite arrangements have not as yet been made concerning the. running of the intercolonial, service' as far as Hud--1 dart. Cable advice -has ouen received by the head oillce of the Shaw, -Savill and Albion Co. that two of their cargo steamers have arrtved at London. The Ran gatira, which cleared Auckland on December 3, arrived at her destination on Sunday evening last, and the Karamea, which Bailed / from Wellington on November 28, arrived at London on Monday evening, January 17. MAMARI REPORTED. Advice has been received that the Mamtirl, en route from Auckland to London, continued her journey from Monte Video on Saturday morning, January 15. She is due- at the Homo port about February 5. PACIFIC COAST CARGO SERVICE, In the Pacific Coast cargo service the following arrangements ore announoed by the Union Steam Ship Company:—The Waikawa left San Fxancisco on December 31 and is due at Auckland about Saturday. The Waihcmo should leave San Francisco about January 26, arriving at Wellington about February 29. The Waitomo is expected to leave 0 Vancouver between January 22 and January 25 for Wellington direct, and- is due at the southern port about February 24. Tho Shaw-SaviU liner Pakeha is at Dunedin to-day. fiubsequetnly she will visit Kamru and Lyttelton, being clue here on January 29. On February 2 the vessel will go on to Gisborne, Whangarei, and Auckland, sailing finally from tho lastmentioned port for London.

Advioe from Auckland states that the Melauesian Mission steamer Southern Grots, which arrived there from Norfolk Island Inst month, will be laid up until May. Usually the vessel makes two voyages , each year, but owing to the funds of the mission being the reverse of prosprous. it is doubtful whether tho second voyage, usually made in September, will tako place. The Southern Cross is the only vessol running direct from New Zealani to the Solomon Islands and New Hebrides, and she is largely depended upon for stores and mails by the missioners. If, however, money does not come, to hand within the next few months it will be necessary to abondon tho Scpitembej voyage. ' The Ohafham Islands Fishing Oo.'e Hlmltangi is at present engaged in loading round tho coast at the Islands, and is expected to sail early next week for Lyttelton only. After discharge there the Himitangi will return to the Chathams. Tho Union Company's old steamer Moitra, which was recently .purchased by Hokkong buyers for the trade in the Far East, and which left Auckland in October for TRRwastle, arrived at Hong-bong 1 on December 1, after a passage of 34 days from Brisbane.
